About Us
The Classroom Support team provides support to all teachers, support staff and custodians on all Board standard software. Some of these titles include Web Achievement, Edsby, Microsoft Office, GAFE, Roster Manager, Office 365, Co-op Writer and School Websites. This team assists in managing the software and providing training and support to users throughout the year.
The Classroom Support team also supports all Board-issued classroom and teacher hardware such as laptops, netbooks, Chromebooks, iPads, tablets and Smart Boards. They manage the deployment of teacher laptops and assist all users with file management. The team is also available to assist with providing practical usage information with regards to the use of Classroom Technology Allocation funds.
